Digital Agro (part of Uralchem) signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Agriculture of the Tambov region. The document was signed by the CEO of Digital Agro, Sergey Koloskov, and the Head of the Department of Agriculture of the Tambov region, Lidia Bakumenko.

The cooperation provides for the development of previously reached agreements in the field of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex of the region and the creation and implementation of digital technologies in the Tambov region.

The main priorities of cooperation include the creation of tools for sharing information between agricultural producers and the local authorities, consulting and project support, the introduction of innovations, and the modernization of the economy based on tech solutions.

“Tambov region is one of our key regions. It was here that we first implemented our developments, and we are glad that users accepted them. We hope that the signed agreement will only strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation and increase the level of interest in our products,” said Sergey Koloskov.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
