Fast Ag Solutions, a US-based manufacturer of agricultural application equipment, has entered into an agreement with PTx to offer Precision Planting’s SymphonyNozzle and SymphonyVision products factory-installed on Fast Sprayers, starting with orders in January 2026.

Under the agreement, Fast will equip nearly all of its sprayer models—ranging from 60- to 135-foot booms and 1,050- to 5,000-gallon tanks—with the SymphonyNozzle system. SymphonyVision will initially be available on select sprayer models, with plans to expand availability to nearly the full Fast Sprayer line by July 2026. Both systems will be fully integrated into Fast’s sprayer design, including custom camera mounts, boom structures, and Fast’s AutoYaw hydraulic boom cushioning for larger sprayers.

Cody Fast, president of Fast Ag Solutions, said the partnership would enhance the technology offering on Fast Sprayers. “Fast has focused on offering the latest spraying technology on our sprayers, which has been proven to increase efficiency and quality of spraying,” Fast said. “Offering the Precision Planting Symphony platform of products will provide an excellent way to take these benefits to the next level by providing chemical savings along with potential yield and environmental benefits of spot spraying with cameras.”

Precision Planting’s SymphonyNozzle is a pulse-width modulation (PWM) nozzle control system that allows independent control of rate and pressure, enabling consistent droplet size and nozzle-by-nozzle swath and turn compensation. SymphonyVision builds on SymphonyNozzle by adding cameras that can distinguish crops from weeds, allowing for variable-rate and targeted spraying based on weed severity.

“This agreement with Fast Ag Solutions provides farmers with the opportunity to purchase their Fast sprayers with the Symphony family of products to improve spraying efficacy and provide herbicide cost savings,” said Tom Brubaker, director of OEM sales for PTx. “We look forward to working together to bring these Symphony-equipped Fast sprayers to market through the Fast network in coming seasons.”

Dealers offering Fast Sprayers equipped with SymphonyNozzle and SymphonyVision will receive joint training from both Fast and Precision Planting teams, ensuring operational support and service for growers adopting the technology.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
