Corteva will host back-to-back investor days at the New York Stock Exchange on September 15, giving investors their first detailed look at standalone financial targets for Vylor, the seed and genetics company, and New Corteva, the crop protection business. The Vylor investor day begins at 9:00 AM ET, followed by the New Corteva presentation at 1:00 PM ET. Both events will be webcast.

Management has committed to publishing financial outlooks through 2029 for both companies. At BMO’s Global Farm to Market Conference in May, CFO David Johnson described Vylor as targeting EBITDA margins above 25% with mid-to-high single-digit bottom-line growth and strong cash conversion. New Corteva, with seven new active ingredients planned over the next decade and 6%–7% of revenue reinvested in R&D, is designed to command a specialty chemical valuation rather than a commodity multiple.

The combined company reported first-half 2026 net sales of $11.3 billion, up 4% year over year, with operating EBITDA of $3.7 billion and margin expansion of nearly 200 basis points to 32.8%. Corteva raised its full-year EBITDA guidance to $4.1–$4.3 billion and operating EPS to $3.60–$3.80 after the Q2 report on July 30.

The separation remains on track for October 1. Corteva last week named the nine-person board for the standalone crop protection company, with Greg Page as independent chair and Luke Kissam as CEO. Whether the 2029 EBITDA targets justify a valuation premium above the current combined 13.5× EV/EBITDA will be the central question for investors watching Monday’s event.
