Kemerovo Azot (formerly Novo-Kemerovo Chemical Plant) is one of the largest enterprises in the chemical industry of Russia specializing in the production of nitrogen fertilizers and ammonium nitrate for agricultural and industrial applications. It is one of the ten largest enterprises of the Kemerovo region and is a city-forming enterprise of the city of Kemerovo.
The company is owned by Azot Holding Siberian Business Union. The structure of the holding subordinates SDS Azot, which combines Azot and Angarsk nitrogen fertilizer plant.
